For those that don’t know, Mustafa Shakir is a Nigerian American creative. An actor, writer, rapper, and director who started his career in Theater at The Negro Ensemble Company doing plays with the late Chuck Patterson before venturing into TV and films. He is best known as the Luke Cage villain Bush Master. He is currently filming a live-action version of the hit anime Cowboy Bebop for Netflix. He is also working on a new project Chameleon 42 with the Soul Council of Jamla Records which is due out in 2020.
