Northside Naarm / Melbourne emcee Matthew Craig makes his entry on our site with the visuals for his new single “Let It Burn” from his forthcoming debut project. The recording artist of mixed Sri Lankan / Italian heritage has recruited his regular collaborators producer JUJO and vocalist Jeremy Bennett for the heartfelt and reflective single. Matthew gets into introspective bag and delivers a characteristic performance riddled with insightful and revealing lyrics.

The powerful music video shot and directed by 76m Films (Jordan DennisDallas Woods) centres on the story of a young teenage boy in the care of Craig and his entourage, faced with a need for guidance and education while surrounded by circumstances that are not of his own choosing. Blending engaging motifs with cinematic themes, the moving visual will surely please fans of mob cinema including Goodfellas and The Sopranos.

“Let It Burn” is taken from the forthcoming debut project Pass The Lighter Vol.1
