The soulful, DMV-based duo of Kev Brown and J-Scienide continue their collaborative releases with a brand new single  “Cutlass Supreme” to close out the year.  The track once again showcases the duo’s knack for seamlessly combining insightful rhymes, sample-driven breaks, and jazzy grooves.

Bolstered by a bouncy soulful bop, the duo takes time to reflect on how unbalanced life can be but nevertheless one just has to keep navigating through it all. Also joining them on the track is DJ Jon Doe who provides them with some excellent DJ cuts. “Cutlass Supreme” is the second single from the duo’s forthcoming Stray From the Pack LP.  This full-length LP follows 2019’s Drum Machine Tape Cassette, the duo’s first collaborative offering.
