“It’s a kind of cosmic glue holding the nucleus together.”

After a little over a year and a half since we’ve heard J Scienide and Kev Brown on the same project, here they are with a second installment, called Stray from the Pack. This time around, we see the Landover, Maryland legend became a whole ‘nother animal in terms of the production here.

The beats on this album are totally unfamiliar from what people think of “classic” Brown joints – and that’s okay. This is definitely on some other shit.

While this project is dedicated to the duos of the past like EPMD, Das EFX, Mobb Deep (including classic rock duos like Hall & Oates and Steely Dan), we see both Brown and J Scienide spazz out on these tracks with fervor.
