Seattle, WA based producer, City of Animals returns with his new musical project called GoURL which sees him employing different electronic soundscapes with elements of vaporwave, lofi and hiphop. The latest release “Hip Shot” is a rich and moody piece ripe with lush riffs, somewhat dark pads and vocal-like synths underpinned by punchy drum patterns.
“Hip Shot” is the lead track off of GoURL’s ninth album, Cat Nap.
