Renowned hip-hop veterans Moka Only and Birdapres have unveiled their long-awaited collaborative project, Golden Section. The 9-track project is a culmination of years of demo recordings and the sonic expertise of K-Rec, who helps with putting the finishing touches on the records to find their final form. The first leak, “Chalamet Moustache,” is a lyrical masterclass that is chock full of off-kilter rhyme schemes and vivid imagery that breaks the mould in every single way. The result is an alternative and experimental affair that highlights the versatility of the emcees who are willing to push the artistic envelope.
