I know that there are so many inspiring emcees in the game right now that are very creative with their craft. One of those names that people should recognize is North Carolina’s Edgar Allen Floe. I honestly forgot how I came upon knowing who he is, but the fact of the matter is that he doesn’t carry a huge ego in his rhymes, he’s crafty.. and not only that, this brotha can hang with the best of them! Check out his previous releases!

Anyhow, one of my favorite joints from by him is The Righteous Way To Go (produced by 9th Wonder), off the 2006 release of Floe Almighty. The sample came from Curtis Mayfield’s The Makings Of You (Curtis, Sept. 1970). What’s dope about 9th Wonder is that he flipped this sample twice, and I’ll show you how he did it.
