Frederick, Maryland-based rapper Demetrius returns to our site with a brand new single “Above The Law.” The track is produced by North London producer, Session 600 who crafts a sombre and somewhat moody backdrop for Demetrius to paint vivid pictures over. The track is inspired by the ongoing trial of his town’s Sheriff and sees the rapper taking a stance on the entire situation. Armed with an impassioned flow and unfiltered bars like “The boys came and took my kin/Held his head like a man/Learn to take it on the chin/For my niggas standing on business/Just don’t switch up/When it’s time for you to sit it down“, Demetrius shows listeners how he stands on business.
