CoolHandTrew sets the weekend off nicely with two tracks titled “Don’t Give Up” and “It’s A Vibe”.

The first cut titled “Don’t Give Up” features HA~Mystique and Sadat X. A laidback reflective cut that focuses on self-affirmation and growth. CoolHandTrewdraw us closer to his life with introspective elements and shares his thoughts vividly with lines like “I’m waking up to anxiety, my only friend of me is motivating me I use fear and all the side effects to push me”. Sadat X comes through as an elder statesman and drops jewels for us to grow on.

The second cut on the ground is a smooth dreamy bop titled “It’s A Vibe.” Rife with lush textures and nostalgia-inducing horns, CoolHandTrew teams up with Blu for a summer tinged jam that reflects on the good times in love and trust.
