Emerging singer/songwriter Cindy Zhang makes her TWIB debut with this soul gripping track titled “Finish Line.” The California based singer brings a nice blend of soul and jazz elements to the fore on this tune about stepping away from a toxic relationship.

The record sure displays Zhang’s commanding vocal strength and range as she delivers an uplifting performance that grips the soul and then some. She makes use of the mellow, guitar-driven backdrop to the fullest with layered harmonies, soft jazzy piano riffs, and smooth drums to tie everything together.
