Austrian rappers Antrue and Chill-ill link with veteran West Coast emcee Blu for this heartfelt and thoughtful record titled “Spirit”. Backed by a jazz-infused boom-bap backdrop, the emcees dwell on their various life paths and how their spirit leads them to where they should be. Blu leads the charge with his vivid lyricism and reflective tone followed by Antrue’s intense flow and impassioned approach and he also ties it up with a memorable melodic hook. Saxophonist Seb Zillner also joins them with a smooth sax addition to the track.
