17 year old Philly based emcee Chakkra Tara gets two thumbs up for this. Besides the angelic soundscape provided by rising producer L’Orange, Chakkra totally obliterates the competition with little effort from multi-syllable rhyme schemes and an unchecked delivery which shows the hunger and passion in his craft.
