We got something new from resilient UK emcee Broughton as he comes forth with a dark, reflective track titled “Broughton the 1st.”
He makes use of an ominous hard-hitting beat and delivers his characteristic fiery flows laced with personal anecdotes. Here, he goes for an introspective vibe and shares his thoughts on what makes him tick. He sure brings a pretty heartrending punch with lines like “…spirit of a rasta but my pigment is white…” and gloomy lines like “… I devour sadness in every happy hour/my book rhymes is the 48 laws of power…” to drive him his thoughts.
