BGR – Miss R Lee is back in the field with a new insightful single titled “Sam Cooke.” A punchy, thought-provoking piece that showcases her unique blend of bravado and social commentary in the same space.
Over a somewhat dark and somber backdrop, she tackles a myriad of topics ranging from systemic racism, socio-political upheaval to the state of people of color around the world. She is quite candid with her thoughts and clearly breaks down the issues for anyone to grasp. There is quite a lot to unpack if I may add so sit back and dive deeply into this gem.
