New Jersey-based producer/artist, Jarred Barnes who goes by the professional moniker ARKTKT makes his debut on TWIB with his new single titled “Follow Through”. The song is a future R&B/pop record that features rising Rhode Island vocalist, Alexus Lee who delivers a fiery performance with her commanding vocals and relatable songwriting. Backed by a lush engulfing soundscape by ARKTKT, Lee shares the story of a potential lover who showed interest in her at the start but fails to follow up with the right moves.
“Follow Through” is the first leak from ARKTKT’s upcoming Anima.exe EP, scheduled for late 2019 release. ARKTKT spent the last two years session-writing for some of hip-hop and R&B’s top hit-makers such as Fetty Wap, Rotimi, DJ Spade, and YBN Almighty Jay but 2019 saw him return to his solo catalog with a remix for his long-time collaborator, Madison McFerrin.
