Anthm’s twitter tag is ‘NoCosign’ – but when you’re collaborating with Blu on an EP you must mean that tongue in cheek. ‘Nina’ – available to download for free now – is the first track from MC Anthm’s Handful Of Dust, out next week. Blu, as on the rest of the release, handles production on ‘Nina’, and his beats match his style of rapping; smooth, deceptively simple but with something raw behind that facade of zen-like audible output.

A lot of people will be drawn to this track because it features Blu, but that is no bad thing. Anthm is a little less known than his world renown colleague but actually still has something of a reputation and that is heard in full here. He has a crazy smooth flow with dope wordplay that is smooth on the ears but more profoundly each line has something to say.
