Brooklyn-based singer/rapper T. Shan caught our attention with his new single “Cheeks” which comes with a vibrant summertime visual. The feel-good song produced bypilotkid is upbeat and groovy and sees the versatile artist blending dance, house, R&B with hip-hop and his unique unfiltered style.

Directed by Sofia Cristina Alvarez, the video depicts a story of young love, boy meets girl. The video follows a boy who dances to the track while collecting different clothing items along the way to complete the perfect outfit to impress the girl of his dreams.

T. Shan is an artist based out of NYC, but his roots stretch far beyond. Raised between China and both coasts of the US, he weaves his culture and multitude of experiences into his music, which blends increasingly wide genre influences, from hip hop to bedroom pop, house music to pop punk, all united by his biting yet confessional lyrics.
