Blitz The Ambassador returns for his first release for two years with The Warm Up EP. The Accra-born MC has an album on the way – called Afropolitan Dreams, just so you know – but to carry us over he decides to drop a seven track record for free, and it really bangs. Along with guests like Fashawn and Ty, Blitz offers energy and style on the mic, and despite having a number of quality features the standout track is definitely ‘Dikembe’ one he stars on by himself. He goes back a while actually on Word Is Bond so it’s good seeing him back on the scene, and I look forward to this latest release. We have released Blitz The Ambassador’s first two albums in 2010 and 2011. Since then we have been on the road with him in the last 3 years, doing more then 150 shows in Europe alone. “The Warm Up” EP is his first release for more then 2 years and we’re happy to share this one with you as a free download.
