Alternative hip-hop artist Epic and producer Deadly Stare team up for “Chickpeas,” an introspective piece that explore life from the perspective of a man who has witnessed profound life changes. Over a moody soundscape, Epic takes audiences deep into his life as he traverses the calmness of life in the Northside and the craziness of the inner city and the various elements that add to it.

Canadian rapper Ghostboyrj unveils new self-produced single “Super Intentional” as he prepares for his forthcoming album. The track features Jon Kabongo and together they both deliver resoundingly insightful verses brimming with reflective, aspirational themes and a dash of bravado. “Super Intentional” from Ghostboyrj’s forthcoming album, State of Mind.

 

 

C-1 Beatz – “Confirmation”

UK producer/rapper C-1 Beatz steps into the forefront with “Confirmation,” an insightful track that explores his life’s journey and the series of events that shaped his outlook.

 

John Bartholomew x Monroe the Msg! x All Nets x Ayla Brown – “Guide Me”

“Guide Me” is a heartfelt spiritual and inspirational track by Minnesota-based artist John Bartholomew. He teams up with fellow artists  Monroe the Msg!, All Nets and singer Ayla Brown to deliver the message of praise and love for God. Over a soothing and soulful backdrop, the artist shares their appreciation for God’s small mercies and how living in his word and light guides them every step of the way.

 

IAMDONYEA – “VALLEY OF DEATH”

IAMDONYEA teams up with ProvenProdigy for “VALLEY OF DEATH,” a hard-hitting track that explores the crevices of the human mind as it weaves through a cold world where any mistake can be fatal. The soundscape is cinematic, and ominous while the lyrics are gripping from start to finish.

Kelv-X – “4:30”.

Emerging rapper/songwriter Kelv-X showcases his storytelling skill in the new single “4:30.” Over a R&B infused bouncy backdrop, the rapper reflects on life and the never-ending struggle of being a young black man trying to find his footing on shaky grounds.

 

ProdByAlexander – “Corazon De Seda”.

Producer/rapper ProdByAlexander delivers a hard-hitting track titled “Corazon De Seda” to our playlist. The production is reminiscent of the early 2000s with its classical strings, brass stabs and punchy grooves. here he delivers his bars in both Spanish and English.

 

Vyle – “KENWOOD LIQUORZ”.

Emerging hip-hop artist Vyle caught our ears with his new single “KENWOOD LIQUORZ.” The track is an unapologetic look at life as it progresses alongside personal loss, grief and the difficulties of moving through an unforgiving world. The production is moody and solemn and Vyle’s graphical accounts punctuate the track with emotion and feeling.

 

Moguido -“Feel It 2” (feat. Simone Don)

As Moguido prepares for his new album Forever Again, he drops the single “Feel It 2” featuring Simone Don to keep fans engaged. The soul-infused rap cut blends reflective and heartfelt lyrics with soothing melodies laced over rich guitar licks and hushed rhythms provided by a live band.

 

SSY – “Thinking Back”

South Africa-based hip-hop artist SSY returns to our playlist with “Thinking Back” featuring killedurcutie. Over a dark pop soundscape with punchy drums and bass-heavy textures, SSY delivers a stream of consciousness performance ripe with reflective bars followed by the sublime melodic chorus.

 

STRNDED – “no tellin”

“no tellin” is a collaboration between upcoming artists STRNDED and maari (99 neighbors). The mellow track has a dark R&B vibe comprising of ethereal and moody textures and downtempo drums. Here the singers deliver melodic runs ripe with vivid lyris that explore love and chemistry between two lovers.

 

 

Phil Rick – “Rappin’ Now”

Germany-based rapper/songwriter Phil Rick shows us that he is “Rappin’ Now” in this new song taken from his debut album ICON. The upbeat track is a showcase of his proficiency with the pen and he proceeds with a rapid-fire flow laced with bravado and insightful themes about his musical goals.
