Ice Meez – “On Me”

Bay Area native Ice Meez and Chippass team up for their new club anthem “On Me.” The upbeat jam brings the cities of Fairfield and Oakland together and showcases their distinct lyrical style for all to see.

 

Maxx Wright – “Feel”.

Rising hip-hop artist Maxx Wright caught our ears with his latest single, “Feel. ” The reflective piece is inspired by his seven years of sobriety and the hurdles he had to overcome to find clarity. The production is atmospheric and insightful, and the lyrics are candid and heartfelt. This is the third and final single from his upcoming debut album.

Burnside – “Butter”

Australian artist Burnside‘s latest release, “Butter,” blends contemporary R&B with classic funk grooves with hip-hop stylings. The verses are measured and the flow is commanding while the silky chorus is underpinned by an alluring melodic run.

 

On The Verge – “Sides”

Finnish rapper On The Verge (aka OTV) returns with his second single, “Sides.” The track is a dark boombap piece comprising cinematic sample chops, moody textures and punchy drums underpinned by OTV’s commanding flow and vivid lyricism.

 

Zino Dope – “Animal”.

Singer/songwriter/producer Zino Dope‘s latest song “Animal” is a bouncy club ready jam with cinematic textures and unapologetic raps. Armed with his smooth flow and vivid story telling he leads us into his daily activities and how he move through the craziness of this world.

Geno Five – “check.”.

 

 

Geno Five returned on a grand note with his new single “check,” an upbeat jam that sees him cementing his status. Over the atmospheric pads, subtle vocal chops and punchy drums, Geno Five proceeds to get his just due.

 

 

Kay Peric – “Survivor”.

Ghanaian rapper Kay Peric bares his soul as a “Survivor” of trials and tribulations. Over a cinematic and solemn soundscape, he shares with listeners his fears, hopes and dreams.

 

Andrewoandalphabet – “Solo Dolo”.

 

Toronto-via-Winnipeg emcee ANDREW O.(aka Andrewoandalphabet ) caught our attention with the new single, “Solo Dolo.” Bolstered by the energetic and soulful soundscape provided by Roman Clarke, ANDREW O delivers a resounding, emotion-filled performance ripe with uplifting bars about pushing through tough times.  Blending Gospel, soul and modern hip-hop, the track is a testament to his musical versatility and the resilience of a man who has to make it out on his own.

 

Que K – “BELIEVE ME – OFF THE HEAD”

Hard working rapper Que K drops off his new single “BELIEVE ME – OFF THE HEAD,” and once again he comes through with hard-hitting bars over a sparse and moody soundscape.

DYLUSION – “Links”.

 

Canadian hiphop artist DYLUSION enters our playlist with “Links,” a heartfelt piece that explores the effects of addiction and mental trauma.

NJ-born rapper Lyrics leads us into his world in his new track “Graham Avenue Flows (The Lost Verse)”. Over a solemn and reflective soundscape, Lyrics delivers an engaging story about growth, life and the different characters that shaped and informed him.

 

 

Skiiwlkr x Hippy X – “Blaze It Up”.

Seemorg – “Duck Duck Goose”

Emerging rap artist Connie Roses drops “Fade Away” featuring My Favorite Color. The track is brimming with soulful textures and punchy drums underpinned by witty and off-kilter lyrics that focus on the concept of time, life and its fleeting nature. The track is divided into two beats with the rappers sharing their thoughts on life. “Fade Away” is the final track off the new Connie Roses EP What We Got To Offer.

 

 

Lewis Daniel x Tee Peters – “When I”

 

When live jazzy instrumentation meets raw, authentic rap, we get “When I” from Lewis Daniel and Tee Peters. The production is engulfing, rousing and soulful while Tee Peters rap performance adds that authentic punch into the mix.

 

 

9EN – “Infinity”

 

Electronic music producer/artist 9EN caught our ears with their latest single “Infinity.” The track is a blend of rich pulsating synths, plucky leads and arps with punchy drums underpinned by airy sultry melodic runs.
