Hip-Hop producer, Melvin Junko, and Shyste Chronkyte, were on a flight in route to Belize for what reason is still a mystery, they left with out telling loved ones, and boarded a flight at an undisclosed location. According to stories, the plane was struck by lightning over an unknown location in the Atlantic, and disappeared into the ocean. Others say, the pilot purposely crashed the plane into the water. Some are blaming the Bermuda Triangle. Nobody knows what really happened, and no survivors have ever been found. On August 16th 2016, almost a year after the disappearance was reported, a fisherman in Cuba found a box washed up on shore, that contained cassettes, labeled “Classified” he took the box home and what he found were the recordings that Melvin Junko and Shyste Chronkyte had taken with them on that fateful flight. He reported the discovery to the local authorities, who in turn reported it to lead investigators for the case. They decided to release these recordings dubbed “The Black Box Recordings” to the public, in hopes that they may find some answers in regards to what exactly happened to the Salt Lake City producer and Albany, New York emcee on that fateful evening.
