UK rapper Abby Power and producer SamXVI return with the track “Sundown,” a heartfelt track about internal struggles, self-identity, belief and the power of growth after a period of stagnation. The track has a mix of contemporary sounds with hip-hop stylings that echo the past. Bolstered by the cinematic backdrop, Abby Power delivers powerful verses that detail personal conflicts, emotional turmoil and the never-ending search for purpose in a cold, unforgiving world. Here, she also showcases her vocal range, cascading the chorus section with soothing melodies that complement the poignant message in the track.
“Sundown” is taken from Abby Power’s new project What The Fire Couldn’t Take.
