Emerging rapper Shane Kidd is in retrospective mode as he drops a new single “Shadowboxing” which also comes with an accompanying video. The song is as somber as tey come and sees Shane musing on his journey in life, from the ups and downs and bad times, he takes each experience as a way to learn and build his character. The soundscape used here is solemn and crisp and works perfectly with his vivid lyricism and heartfelt candid poise.

The visual follows Shane Kidd on a journey to redemption as he starts off with a short appointment with a therapist and proceeds to hit the gym to work out the stress. The clip shows a parallel to how tough life can be but only tough people would last only if they stay on course.
