Producer Rico James is preparing to drop his new album Language of Spirits but in the interim, he shares the hard-hitting single “Gold Medal Sh!t ” to keep fans satisfied. He crafts a cinematic and ominous backdrop for his co-conspirators Copywrite, Double AB, and M-Dot who raise the ante with no holds barred performances. From the verbal body blows to witty rhyme schemes, the trio wreck untold havoc over the moody soundscape laid before them.

The visual is made up of sparring sessions in the gym and ties into the title of the song. We see different athletes working out their combinations with a mix of punches, head and leg moves as they aspire to get tot heir peak of their human physique.

Language of Spirits is available now for pre-order on Man Bites Dog Records. It will be released on the 24th of June.
