Multi-talented musician Sam Miller is a multi-instrumentalist singer/songwriter, composer and producer who is definitely not new to the game. He already has 2 full-length LPs, You Need To Hear It (2014) and In One Place at a Time (2019), under his belt plus a plethora of instrumental LPs. With that being said, he returns to the forefront with his latest effort titled “observe”, a chilled lofi/soul effort that sees him collaborating with musician Hyri. The result is a smooth, soul-stirring piece that reminds us of the holiday season with a touch of nostalgia. Sam crafts it with an Upright Piano while Hyri pads it with smooth basslines and lush textures that blend perfectly. The seamless layering, progression is brilliant and it’s a solid addition to your study playlist.
