Rising rapper Raslock and producer Mohjay da Producer deliver this heartfelt single “Kalief Browder” which dives into the tragic “Kalief Browder” story. Backed by smooth guitar riffs, live drum grooves, and cinematic textures, Raslock rehashes the tale of racism, police brutality, and its tragic effects. The visuals by Mehdi Amari capture the story with vivid imagery and also blend in performance shots of Raslock and his crew.


Kalief Browder is a 16-year-old boy who went to Rikers Island for allegedly stealing a bag and was released after 3 Years of bullying and beatings by inmates and guards. Browder eventually took his own life after a bout with depression.
