With dudes like these ones, there is hope for hip hop just yet. Never really been tuned to the music of Petter Jones till now, but I must say that it has been a pleasure to find hidden jewels like these. I think I like the cunningness of sampling 4 bars of the late great Makavelli (2pac for the uninformed) and Biggie Smalls (Notorious BIG). That really pricks your ears to want to listen to what these men have to say. Trel Mack didn’t sleep on this either and the backing track most definitely elevates your mind to those pearly gates. You sure do want to peep this video which is basically a graveyard scenery. I’d say that is over interpretation of Heaven’s Gate but still a good video at that.
