Dallas-based producer and multi-instrumentalist Chris Petro caught our ears with his musical project Peach Row under which he dropped his 5 track EP titled Nowhere to be. The project has a plethora of styles and sounds ranging from ethereal soulful vibes, lo-fi sensibilities to future bass.

The title track sets it off with its cool and calming aura made up of atmospheric textures, nostalgic guitar riffs, and a chilled drum arrangement that culminate into a gravitating piece. This is followed by “Mindful” a mellow, somber track ripe with melancholic strings, sparkling keys, and sparse drums. “Daydreaming with you” has an eclectic feel with its airy vibes and bright layered instruments while the closer “Half Asleep” is quite emotional and melancholic. The tracks each go through different feelings and moods and easily transport listeners into a varied mind state as it progresses.

It is short and quite engaging from start to finish.
