Old Chingu, Korean American rapper from Maryland, releases “Crazy Poor Asians.” This single is a spin-off of the movie “Crazy Rich Asians.”
Chingu delivers a fun yet identifiable record with a catchy hook and witty punchlines. He describes a broke lifestyle in a jocular fashion over candid yet knocking beats. Eating Costco samples for meals, riding his bike in traffic, recycling napkins, and wearing ‘walk on water Jesus sandals’ are a few parallels of his reality.
