New project from producer Rice Master Yen and Mr Whatshisname? entitled “INTERNATIONAL RICE COUNTER BRAIN WASH EFFORT VOL. 1“. Quite a mouthful if you asked me but never the less, we know what the Rice master does on the boards. This 7 track project is off kilter, emotional and pretty cerebral. Mr Whatshisname? tackles various socio/economic/political issues with such intensity in his delivery(reminds me of El-P) while Rice Master Yen laces ominous, somewhat moody backdrops.
