So here’s what the fans of Little Brother got to witness Tuesday morning, and Phonte decided to follow that up with an explanation of what went on even in a much detailed instagram post. This situation is almost similar to what happened with De La Soul, and close to how Dave Chappelle told his fans to stop watching the Chappelle Show on Netflix.
I see ABB Records has decided to put up a repress of The Minstrel Show on vinyl instead of answering for 16 years of non payment on TMS or answering for 18 years of non payment for The Listening. Humbly asking that you not support bad business practices. Thank you for listening.

Rapper Big Pooh sounded the alarm this morning on his twitter about ABB Records trying to resell both The Minstrel Show on vinyl and The Listening after not being paid for both albums. They tried reaching out to the label over the years, even with Phonte randomly seeing Beni B (the owner) at Hiero Day – but nothing.
As of yet ABB Records owner Beni B have yet to respond.
