It’s the moment we’ve all been waiting for. The comeback reunion of the great hip hop harmonizers, Jurassic 5. It’s been seven years since Jurassic 5’s last performance and the highly anticipated reunion at Coachella over the weekend was just as expected. Epic. All four original emcee’s were in full effect along with Cut Chemist and DJ Nu-Mark. They didn’t disappoint playing all the classics; ‘Jayou’, ‘Quality Control’, ‘Whats Golden’, ‘Concrete Schoolyard’, and a bunch more. The coolest part is when Cut Chemist and Nu-Mark are jamming out on various drum machines and even manage to throw The Harlem Shake into the mix.

This is just one of many shows they plan on performing at as they will be invading Europe later this summer. The group hasn’t confirmed any new album plans as of yet but they haven’t had a full release since Feedback(2006). Don’t be upset you didn’t make Coachella this year, as we have the full fifty five minutes of greatness. The whole performance is straight funky. J5 is back yall!
