John Robinson and producer Kyo Itachi’s ‘Love You Like Music‘ is that retro fitted, jazz infused boom bap we all love. The duo are currently working on the album The Path of Mastery. ‘Love You Like Music’ is a tribute to the genre and also to the featured lyricist namely Contro’versy, who unfortunately is not with us. She provides most of the spoken word influenced abstract rhymes while Maty Soul delivers a strong lush hook for us to vibe to.

This is my first introduction to all artists involved and I must say they have this cohesiveness amongst them where each member plays his or her parts without overlapping the duties of others. ‘Love You Like Music’ is definitely that which you should listen to without any hesitations.
