Jodie B is a live loop performer, multi-instrumentalist, and producer whose new single “Bad Apple” caught our ears.

The track sees. her teaming up with producer Makemdef who adds some extra touches on the track. Jodie B goes for a dark ominous mood on this tune as she details different sides in an unfaithful relationship. The track is rife with eclectic electronic sounds mixed with some pop and soulful elements that culminate on the punchy chorus. From her commanding melodic vocals to rapping, Jodie B sure delivers the goods and then some.

Focus single “Bad Apple” was written, recorded, and produced by Jodie B after receiving a full scholarship funded by Bell Media, to attend Canada’s Music Incubator’s Artist Entrepreneur Program, in Toronto, of spring 2019.
