Dallas, Texas based emcee/songwriter/producer EB Rebel hit us up with this profound track titled “Club 27”. Over a mellow, sombre piano driven backdrop, she gives a deep insight into her life as a young black female. Dwelling on all the trappings, social constructs and what not, she carefully breaks it down with a melody laced approach and slight pop references.
Hit the play button and get familiar. She is now gearing up to release a new EP “Mama, I’m Ok” at the beginning of the year.
