Bio: Sergio Nieves (born Jan. 19, 1990), better known by his stage name “East the Unsigned”, is an American rapper from Brooklyn, New York. Since the age of 17 yrs old, he has been committed to developing his own style of music and sound. In 2008, he released a new mixtape every month of that year; 12 mixtapes in total. Since then, 4 more mixtapes have been added to the archive. Now with over 300 songs and features under his belt, East is as versatile as artists come. East gains his musical influence from artists such as Jay-Z, Biggie, Cassidy and Papoose. He has worked with over 40 artists worldwide in the past 10 years, such as Jones 2.0 (London) and Lokita (Canada). East is the co-founder of Swag Heavy Ent. (Independent label) through which his debut album/EP is set to release. East now resides in Orlando, Florida.
