Veteran Canadian emcee Def3 and Denver-based electronic producer Late Night Radio returns to the forefront with the colorful animated visual for their single “Lift Off.” The funk-influenced track sees the duo working with funk duo Recess who bring the goods with their melodic funk energy. The record is quite upbeat and ripe with lush textures and a feel-good aura coupled with Def3’s uplifting lyrics and calm performance.

The animated video is quite enthralling and takes the viewer into a whole new dimension where music is supreme and anything can happen. The aesthetics are bright and also exude a computer-styled psychedelic mood that draws and locks the viewer in from start to finish.
