His latest release “The Difference” is an exploration of life as it pertains to reality and what we are conventionally taught. The production has a bright guitar-pluck and upbeat drum groove that matches Chima’s uplifting and reflective lyrics. The rapper gives a solid performance as usual and lines like “Sometimes it don’t go the way it’s supposed to go/ my brother that is just real life” implores us to always keep going because tough times don’t last but tough people do. He is also joined by Johnny Voltik who adds his own melodic touch to the track.
