Vevo teams up with UK emcee Headie One for the latest entry of their ongoing music content series titled ROUNDS. ROUNDS is an original performance franchise similar to Vevo’s “Ctrl”, which recently launched in the US with A$AP Ferg and Rick Ross. Tottenham, London’s Headie One is known for his unwavering vocal flow with stylings of trap and drill. He made his first appearance on the scene in 2010 on “Wood Green Diss” and “Youngers from Farm” with fellow North London drill artists Young Josh and Mad Stan. In July 2017, he put out the mixtape,Drillers x Trappers with collaborator RV. Headie returned in 2018 with his debut solo release The One, and sophomore effort The One Two that same year.

The series is focusing on the growing urban scene in Europe by highlighting cutting-edge musicians, both emerging and established, who are currently impacting hip-hop, rap, and R&B. Artists are captured in performance, with Vevo cameras using a revealing 360-degree portraiture effect. As these genres continue to evolve, ROUNDS will shine a deserving spotlight on those whose work demands attention, allowing Vevo to work with a range of UK and European artists.

The following months will see the release of performances from Aitch, Lefa, A2 and more.
