First impressions really do matter and to be honest that almost affected my judgement with this piece here. Given the fact that these dudes are from Durham, NC about which the likes of 9th Wonder, Phonte and Rapper Big Pooh have put the forefront, anyone coming short isn’t going to be a good rep. That’s why even as basic as the video itself is, the music is the most important factor and that is where I almost pushed back on it.

Wayko dropped the first verse and to be honest it was little weak for me. This is where I was about to pull off before Alex Aff spat and I realised if I stopped before I would have slept on greatness. NC is really bubbling and boiling and I urge y’all out there to pay serious attention. With my love for honest music and appreciation for artists that can produce and rap, Alex Aff is definitely next up. If he continues in this manner, he’ll be a household name before long.
