The track starts off with a movie snippet that helps set the loyalty theme of the track. The production is dark and has an urgent aesthetic that works with Miles’ commanding flow and candid lyrics. He dives into a tale of friendship, loyalty and betrayal with lines like “If you make it from the mud, nigga watch see how they get friendly/Didn’t know where it was going till the shit hit me” and details how things change quickly when people start scheming and acting shifty.
