Rising Coventry-born singer/songwriter/producer Danniella Dee makes her mark on our site with her newest release titled “Transition” which showcases her unique musical style that blends 90s R&B/hiphop with a modern touch. The track is a sublime and heartfelt track that is ripe with layered melodies and airy harmonies that encapsulate her true feelings on life as we all journey through this never-ending spinning globe.
“Transition” is taken from her debut EP titled Reflections.
Since releasing her 90s RnB style debut single ‘I Just Wanna…’ in 2019, Danniella has been continuously experimental with her sound. Her indie-soul record ‘Ladybird’ was featured on BBC Radio 1’s Introducing Show with Huw Stephens. Following this, she was then named BBC C&W Artist Of The Month in September 2020 and played on 2 BBC Introducing festival stages in 2022.
