You may have seen us tweet about this once or twice but we sure love to keep that goodness fresh in your minds and for those that don’t know, well now you do. The indie label Coalmine Records have been lacing fantastic records for a decade now (yeah ten years, wow!) and in commemoration of the hard work put in that period they hit the deserving public with this DJ Revolution-assisted compilation called Unearthed. The track-list is nothing short of a hip-hop la-la land with names like Kool G Rap, Large Professor, Rah Digga, The Artifacts, MED, Wildchild et al and producers like Diamond D, Ayatollah, Nottz, M-Phazes, Khrysis and Marco Polo. This is freaking intense so pace yourselves because the physical disc drops on the 13th of May while the iTunes deluxe edition drops on the 27th in the same month.

Big ups to Coalmine records for constantly and consistently repping the art form as it should be.
