Two of the most diverse and dynamic artists/personalities in hip hop are now on the docket at the NYC Blue Note Jazz Festival.More than 50 acts will perform over a 20-day span from June 10 – 30 at a jazz festival. However, a few notable names of hip hop snuck in. Yasiin Bey, formerly Mos Def, ?uestlove and Black Thought are all scheduled to play.

I like jazz and it’s very refreshing Blue Note’s planning committee recognized the jazz influences in these three hip hop acts and snagged them for the festival.
