The name Zone Fam should ring a loud bell if you have been keeping up with the Bond because these brothers from the Eastern parts of Africa regardless of language are a constant representation of hip hop. They employ code mixing a lot because that is the best way they can express themselves and go on to give hip hop that world wide appeal. To be honest, there are die-hard hip hop fans in the continent but not a lot so the genre is on a snailish rise. Still, cats like these make the difference even though  with this new video titled Translate it appears they are making that commercial move right now. The suits come out, the glittery lights and the shimmering girls. I guess Zone Fam is climbing out of the underground. This is hip hop for the feel good cats out there when it comes to the red lights mood tip but definitely not underground enough for me. You hit the play button and share your thoughts.
