Florida-raised, LA-based rapper YUNGMORPHEUS  drops a new single “Distant Place”  and announces his new EP Burnished Sums, out November 18th via Lex Records. The jazz-infused track sees him teaming up with producer/instrumentalist Joe ArmonJones (of Ezra Collective). The rapper delivers smooth performance with his distinct laidback demeanour and knack for blending insightful bars with his characteristic bravado. He takes listeners down into his world and shows us the ups and downs and some characters who he knows on his way to finding his purpose.

“Distant Place” is also accompanied by a Jabari Canada-directed visual which follows YUNGMORPHEUS in various spots around New York City. The result is a blend of eclectic visual fxs and novel seamless transitions and cut scenes.

Burnished Sums tracklist:

1. The Price of Convenience (prod. Creme)

2. Figure-Four Leg Lock

3. It’s Stuck Now (prod. DMH)

4. Head Above the Water feat. Goya Gumbani (prod. August Fanon)
