WIB Podcast # 55 – Junia T of Smash Brovaz Interview by Thewordisbond.Com on Mixcloud
Hip-Hop Is In The Building was a networking event / concert thrown by the BeatBinjaz. It was an amazing evening that brought together diverse members of the hip-hop community in Southern Ontario, Canada.
The headline act of the show was Junia T. He has been making noise with his production credits, guest appearances, and solo tunes for quite some time now. He completely rocked the house with an energetic live show.
Just prior to hitting the stage, I sat down with him to discuss songwriting, music production, and all things hip-hop. In this podcast, I also spin some music from the new Smash Brovaz album “Think It’s a Game.”
Smash Brovaz hail from Missisauga, Ontario and have been working hard in the hip-hop scene for quite some time. This album has been years in the making and showcases two of the best emcees in The Greater Toronto Area. Junia T handles some of the production and half of the rhymes. His rhyme partner is Crooklin and together they make great music.
Rounding out the production are Big Pops, Intricate Sound, Like (of Pac Div) and Slakah the Beatchild.
Joining Junia T and Crooklin on the mic are Diz Gibran, Rich Kidd, Yancy Deron and Richie Sosa.
