Among the super productive artists I know, e.d.g.e. is one of the most prolific. After releasing his album All Flow Everything recently, along with singles and “freeverses”, he is now presenting his latest video, recorded by himself on his phone (no advertising here, but he’s quite proud of his gadget to say the least). He released a first video for Edgelib four months ago and he is now providing some interesting visuals for Tetsuo Shima, inspired by the manga/anime character of the same name. You probably recognised the instrumental, which was borrowed from the track Trouble On My Mind by Pusha T and Tyler The Creator.
I am clearly not a manga specialist, but I quite like this little video and the energy it brings. The visual fit the lyrics quite well, helping convey the message. I am sure fans of Japanese culture and hip-hop will appreciate this one.
