Yo this is so FRESH! Have a read of the description, then go check the video:

The C&K Street Series features Commoners and Kings performing impromptu spoken word poems on the streets of Southern California. I meet Guest poet turn emcee turn muralist GAKNEW ROXWEL, at 33 and a 3rd Paint shop, the must go place for graph artist in L.A. Gaknew has featured on Def Poetry Jam, won the national slam poetry competition in ’04 as a member of the Hollywood slam team, is an accomplished muralist, released an album, Mannequin People and is set to release a new project called Sound of Silence soon. Check it as he spits verses in the rain from Neighborhood Watch, about a character Calvin Lloyd hustlin’ in the streets.

The top image is a bit of work from GaKnew Roxwel. This is the first C&K I’ve watched and I will definately check out more in the future. Watch more Commanders & Kings stuff on their Youtube (link below).
