Richmond

Southern California-based hip-hop act who goes by the moniker U comes through with a heartfelt, reflective single titled “Richmond.”

The soft guitar-driven beat is as reflective as they come and form the perfect canvass for U’s descriptive lyrics and heartfelt delivery about his hometown. He sure touches on many issues from poverty, gentrification, being queer and how these things affect his life and others around him.
